After Ali could no longer keep up with the demand for her in person training, she put her first course online and built a platform dedicated to building more resilient first responders. On the Job and Off now serves thousands of first responders in all 50 states and recently launched the First Responder Assistance Program.
A non-profit, powered by NDRI - USA, that educates first responders on issues in their community and empowers them to act. First Responders Care’s flagship initiative is The Child Abuse Recognition and Reporting for the Emergency Services Project (CARES), which aims to train 10,000 first responders to recognize and report signs of child abuse, neglect, and trafficking. Ali serves at the Executive Director for this organization.
